User data not delete

Hi,
I have a problem at the last step of the plugin workflow.
User confirm erase correctly through link sended via mail, but when I confirm deletion for this user via admin, (by clicking the deletion button) this message appers (in italian): “Non sono stati trovati dati personali di questo utente.”
Instead the user exists.
I haven’t installed woocommerce.
I supposed that the Advaced Acces Managaer plugin, that I have installed in my site, could have create some problem with your. I already had try to disable it, but still not work.

Export data instead correctly works.
