User Details Edit/Show

We do add few fields in registration form i.e. Date of Birth, Marriage anniversary, Country, City, Address, Phone number…

Now we are getting these issues

1. After successful registration if a user want to update all these fields, how can he do that ?

2. How to show all these fields somewhere in User account/profile page.

3. Hope if we able to show these fields, we(Admin/User) also able to edit them.

4. If we add Date of Birth in “Edit Member Directory – Choose field(s) to display in tagline” its shows today date.

5. Also if we leave date field, it will show today date.
