    Well hello there,

First… I like this plugin and today for the first time I’m having an issue.

So I wanted Google Analytics through Analytify on a new site but the UA-code will not be pushed to the site. I found this line in the source:

<!– This user is disabled from tracking by Analytify !–>

What does this mean? What could be the source of the problem? Could there be an authentication issue? Or could it be a conflict with an earlier tracking code of GA? I don’t know if there is any… and I don’t think I can figure it out anymore or at least do not know how to.
Or could it be something with the new update of Google that already had given some issues I read somewhere?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Manuelavermeeren,

Actually, you are viewing the source while you are logged in to your site. By default, Analytify don’t add the UA code when you are logged in as an admin. You can change it from Analytify Settings -> Exclude users from tracking option.

I checked your site and the Google tracking code is there https://nimb.ws/5SMIaT

    That simple?!!

I logged out and I saw the code too.

I never thought the user, in this case, was the administrator of the site…

    Thank you.
