User Earnings Not Showing

    Hey there,

    So I have a page set up called ‘Standings’ and I used to “Insert GamingPress Shortcode’ button in insert the short code so it displays all user earnings of the current user.

    I manually added points to a test account, my own account, and another user’s account but all the page displays is “You haven’t earned anything yet”

    Any suggestions?

    Also want to add I did try just now to just put in the [gamipress_earnings] shortcode from the Support page and the same thing happens. Also the Shortcode wizard is missing from the editor now?

    Hi @xmxsummer4

    When you manually adjust the user points balance it not registered as an earning

    Try awarding an achievement for example and it will be registered as an earning

    To let you know which earnings has an user, on his profile you will see the “Earned Achievements” section (that on next release will be renamed), here you will see all the user earnings

    For you second question about the “Support page” I don’t know exactly what are you referring about, the support page is a WordPress page or a plugin page?
