User Emails Not Being Recognised

  • We run an ecommerce site with Woocommerce.

    Recently we’ve had a lot of problems with resetting passwords and users ‘not being found’ at login – these users exist on the system (we have been logging them) tried a couple of changes but can see no reason for this to happening.

    Solved the reset password issues that was caching.
    #But the user not found is worrying. We seem to have a lot of them, along with some ‘admin’passwords not being recognised – from time to time. Been through the logs – the ones on WP tell what has happened ‘user not found’ but not why.
    PHP logs at the same time don’t reveal anything unusual.

    Rest of the install is glitch free.

    Any pointers appreciated.
