User emails showing in login fields

I have raised this before and am not aware that I have any server side caching. Multiple users have contacted me to say that when they look at the login page, the previous user’s details are there including their email addresses etc.

I can sometimes replicate this and sometimes not and currently I have all caching plugins disabled as they were causing other issues.

This is a major security breach and I have been happy with Ultimate Member so would like to resolve it.
