User experiences problem when searches

    Hi,

    A user notified me of the below incident:

    When he adds some keywords on the search box and clicks enter, the website stops loading and user has to wait for 10 minutes before the website responses again.

    Any idea why this might happen and how to resolve it?

    I am using Porto theme and all plugins and theme are on their latest version.

    I am also using PHP 7.3

    I can’t seem to replicate the issue, it might be an isolated case. When I do a search and press enter, I am redirected to the search results page and no major loading issues.
