User explanations are not saved

    We have created a survey on our website. We have 256 surveys completed. However, the data that users are entering in the “user explanation” of the questions are neither mailed nor stored anywhere. How can we retrieve this information? What do we have to configure to save this information?

    Dear @coartadaf,

    Thank you for the topic.

    At the moment, the user explanation can be seen in the Submissions > Individual Submissions.
    Also, it can be found in the Summary and Individual Submissions Exported files.

    Yes, it should be there, but nothing comes out. I attach screenshots:

    I don’t see in the backend where these notes are being saved. In the export it is also empty.
