The custom user fields are easy to set up, but when we try to submit a ticket and enter text into the text areas, the open text fields will not allow us to place the mouse curser into it for typing the information we need. What are we doing wrong on this? We really need this function and thank you so much in advance for advice.

    Hi,

Please set Read Only: No in user field form.

Admin > JS Support Ticket > User Fields > New/Edit > Read Only: No

    Thanks,

That worked and thank you. We have another issue now which happens when we use the Search Field in the Tickets page:

WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘AND ticket.subject LIKE ‘%SCRAP%” at line 1]
SELECT COUNT(ticket.id) FROM wp_js_ticket_tickets AS ticket AND ticket.subject LIKE ‘%SCRAP%’

We do not know how to code and fix this problem.
