User-friendly and lots of security features

  • This plugin works like a charm. It is by far the most user friendly security plugin I have used. Easy and understandable interface and navigation, and more importantly, it explains you what each functionality does and will do if you enable it.
    However, I am a bit affraid of changing my login page URL as i have had some strange experiences with my previous plugin. Either way, I feel ok secured as i have set the login attempts to farily low try.

    – I have a question thou, which i hope you will be able to answer for me. The Copy Protection which disables the ability to copy text. Will that influence any seo rankings in any way? also, it would be cool if that feature could be implemented for pictures/images as well (thou there are other plugins that can manage that).

    Hi, thank you very much for your great review and 5 star rating.

    In regards to changing the login page URL, I have been using this feature for many years without any issues. It is one of the most powerful methods to preventing intruders access to your login page.

    In regards to your SEO question, I don’t think it affects your SEO in any way. Search engine spiders can still access your page code on the backend.

    In regards to your second question. Are you referring to protecting the following path [https://yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/]?

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    I am not sure, but I am using a shared hosting. Maybe that’s why my previous plugin didn’t work. I speculate some kind of inference with my host provider settings.

    In regards to my second question, I was refering to an anti-“copy” of the images on my website. The basic, right click -> save as.. ability. Ofc it’s nearly impossible to prevent people from getting your images, a typical print screen would do the work as well.

    Hi, the following Enable Copy Protection disables the right click and copy functionality for text as well as images in pages and posts when enabled.
