User-friendly theme and fantastic customer support

This was the second theme I downloaded for my blog. The first theme was not user friendly and offered minimal support on how to use it. I am a newbie in the tech/ internet/ blogging space and so the Olsen set-up video tutorials were a big help. I also had an issue with some blog posts on my website, for which I logged a query on their customer support page. I received a helpful response within 12 hours and the problem was sorted. Highly recommend this theme!
