    my customer id has been log out due to 3 wrong password attemp and now it shows this

    You have been temporarily locked out of this system. This means that you will not be able to log in for a while.

    i want to know after how long he can log in again and how can i regain access for him immediately is there any option to disable this for registered user pls revert asap

    Are you the customer that got locked out, or is it your site that the customer was locked out of?

    it’s my site and my customer is lock out

    If you know the customer’s IP address, you can unblock it on the Wordfence Tools > Live Traffic page on your site. Use the advanced filters to search for the IP address. Then you can click the “Unblock IP” button to unblock them.
