User have same Money in Wallet after buying

    Hey,

    at first: thanks for this great plugin.

    I have trouble since a week. When a customer buys something, everything seems to work fine, the bill is correct and his credits where deducted on it. But when i look in his wallet, nothing of his amount has changed.

    Example: Customer has 10 Euros in his Wallet. He buys something for 15 Euros. On bill: 15 Euros to pay – 10 Euros from Wallet = 5 Euros to pay other way.
    But when i look in his wallet, he has 10 Euros left in his Wallet like before.

    What do you need to know for help?

    Hi @scriptor117

    Please check the order status. The partial payment amount will be deducted if the order status is on-hold, processing or completed.

    i have made serveral testorders with different status. Seems not to work.
    I have a lot of Plugins working together like:

    Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce
    DHL for WooCommerce
    Flexible Shipping
    German Market
    PayPal for WooCommerce
    Product Sort and Display for WooCommerce
    Woo Add Custom Fee
    Woo Checkout Editor
    Woo Product Images Slider
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Cash On Pickup
    WooCommerce Order Product Count
    WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips

    Everything works fine so far. No updates where made from our side, until i have this bug. But it didn′t help.

    Hi again,

    I have found the Plugin that cause a error with your Plugin.

    It is “German Market” for Woocommerce. I have tested to deactived all plugins, i have listed above, and only with this one, your plugin don′t work.

    I try to fix it now and will write a solution if i found one.

    When you have a idea, why it don′t work, i would be glad to hear from you.

    Ok, the bug is since the update from WooWallet to TeraWallet.

    Hi again,

    only solution for me is a “TeraWallet” downgrade to Version 1.2.9. That works perfect with newest German Market.

    You find all Versions to downgrade under:
    https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-wallet/advanced/

    Would be nice, when you fix this error in newer Versions.
