User Identity Function

  • okay i have this layout called “Smokey”

    and on this smokey layout they got this rad feature that will display your user name “Welcome (user name)”

    * Go to dashboard
    * Make new post
    * View profile
    * Logout

    Now, my question is how can I have this on this other layout that iam using now, I made a text box in the widget section and have been coding it with links to peoples own profile, got a dashboard link, a paypal, hit counter, and logout, but I’d like it for that welcome sign to be in the widget text box
