User Import Progress Stagnated

    hi, i’m looking to import 300+ customers to my client’s online store. i mapped only necessary columns and the batch size is set to 10. the plugin only managed to import and update 50 users before the progress bar stagnated at 14%.

    i retried with only 5 as the batch size. the plugin managed to import and update only 25 users before stagnating at 7%.

    what could be the issue here? looking forward to a solution.
