user info box link broken.

  • I have a problem:

    This is related to the info of the author in the post. In the page of each post of my web, there is a box info. In that box info, there is a link, which redirects to user profile.

    But, when the user updates his profile information, the link of the boxinfo disappears.

    That link only appears if I, as administrator, update that user from wp-admin

    These are the images.

    The user uploads a post. And in the post appears a box with info of the author. And a link to your profile. With buddy press it was addressed to the author. Now, to the profile of member.

    But if the user modifies their info’s bio in the profile, this link disappears.

    And the link, appears, only if I updated that user from the wp-admin.

    I have a web where users can post post.

    The associated wordpress role is that of subscriber.

    The associated role of ultimate member is that of member. I also have marked that, the role of user (in ultimate member) is associated with subscriber (in wordpress)

    Also I have marked, that the link of author, address to the link of member.

    Thanks for providing screenshots. Can you please do a conflict test on the theme first and then plugins and see if it is caused by a conflict. You can click the link for directions on the plugin/theme conflict test:
