User Information deleted after reset

    After resetting my wordpress site I have lost access to my wordpress dashboard, I am unable to login using my credentials, my bitnami server ssh client still shows same old password but unfortunately I cannot login to the site’s dashboard. Please help me recover my dashboard access.

    SSH and WP accounts are not connected in any way so it’s expected that SSH works normally.
    Did you try resetting the password? Do you get the reset email?

    My email was not linked to the WP yet. I am unable to reset the password. I am using AWS Cloud for hosting through BITNAMI Instance. Is there any way to recover it?

    This is a new website I am trying to host in AWS.

    It’s quite difficult to say what happened and what can be done since I can’t see the site but since you have SSH access this should be the easiest way – https://wpreset.com/emergency-recovery-script/

    I HAVE TO DELETE THE INSTANCE FROM THE AWS CLOUD AND CREATE NEW INSTANCE. THE ISSUE CANNOT BE RESOLVED ACCORDING TO MY EXPERIENCE.
