    Hello
unable to view .user.ini file in directory
we believe it was not created.
when installing the firewall in full WAF it will create another copy of .htaccess with ninja timestamp we are using Litespeed
    Thanks

    Hi,

Litespeed does not use INI file, it uses .htaccess instead.
Do you see any error in the firewall “Overview” page ?

    Hello,
No we did not see any errors
but why it created another .htaccess with ninja timestamp
it is the same copy of .htaccess and we have not seen any code related to ninja in .htaccess
so should it work or not
    Thanks

When you try to install in Full WAF mode, the installer will always make a copy of the .htaccess. So if there were an error, you could restore it.
If you go to the firewall “Overview” page and see “Full WAF” mode, it means it is working. But if you see “WordPress WAF”, click the link to install it in “Full WAF” and make sure to select “LiteSpeed”.

yes when we saw the overview page it shows full WAF mode
but when we are going to install on Fast-cgi then it will not create the copy of .htacess it will make a .user.ini file so what was the difference to LiteSpeed and Fast-Cgi
    Thanks

Fast-CGI will use a .user.ini, but Litespeed does not use Fast-CGI, instead it uses it’s own SAPI called “LSAPI” which uses .htaccess.

    Hello,
we are getting GET /index.php – Access to a configuration file – [GET:file = wp-config.php]-url, GET /index.php – Code injection – [GET:content = <?php phpinfo();?>]-url in log file. what it means? is it allowed to access or blocked?
    Thanks

    Hello,
we are using WP+ edition and we are not able to see latest update in updates section
where we can update the latest version.
    Thanks

Update is done as usual, from the WP dashboard.
Maybe you need to refresh WordPress’ cache? Click on “Dashboard > Updates” and click the “Check Again” button.
