User Input Queue

Hi,

I’ve been looking for ages and I can’t find anything so maybe I am either using the wrong keywords or nothing like this exists.

I want users to add data sequentially and every user must follow the previous users input. This could be a post, or a page, or bespoke data but it is important that the user waits in a queue and can’t enter until their turn so that they can input based on the previous input.

For example:
User A visits site, no-one in queue, start writing
User B visits site, one person in queue, they wait
User A finishes inputting data, they submit, queue position released
User B can now enter data, etc.

Does anything like that exist?
