User IP address?

    Hello,

    I have some questions about this plugin, which looks great.

    1. Can this plugin automatically detect the user’s IP address and load the weather data corresponding to it?
    2. If the user changes the location, does the plugin remember this information and load that location next time the same user visits the website?
