User is not getting points from the cart total amount

The issue I am facing is that this plugin is calculating reward points from the product original cost price But I want this to calculate points from the cart total because we are giving some discounts to user (NOT FROM CUOPON).

For Example.
Product X has price of 50$. But if the user buy two products then he will get 10% discount automatically (Not from CUOPON). So the cart total will be 90$. But this plugin calculate points according to 100$. ultimately user get extra points.

That’s why I want this plugin to calculate points from cart total.
