User last login sorting doesn’t work

Hello. I need help.
I want to sort users a by Last Login. I found this snippet and installed to my site:

But I found out that sorting by the Last Login doesn’t work. When I’m clicking “UM Last Login” in the Users table it doesn’t sort by a last login. It sorts by username alphabetically.
The “UM User Registration” column works good. It sorts users properly.
Also I could see a different date format in UM Last Login and UM User Registration.
UM Last Login – 30/04/2023 14:11:58 (like in WordPress settings)
UM User Registration – 2023-04-30 11:11:57
Can you please help me to fix the Last Login sorting? BTW I need only last login column, I don’t need others.

Thank you very much. I’ve deactivated the old code snippet and installed the new plugin.
The problem that I don’t see any new columns in users page. And I can’t find where I can enable or disable columns.
Also when I enabled the plugin I got this message:
