    Hi,

I would like to use mailpoet to send emails to existing customers to inform them when an update is available for download. Because the update usually concerns only one of the products I sell (with woocommerce), is there way to create mailpoet lists based on the product purchased by the customer?

So that if customer 1 buys product A, he’s automatically part of List A that will inform him when an update of product A is available. But the customer that bought product B wont receive the email.

    Thank you

Realizing that it’s probably the point of segments. Weirdly enough though is that not all customers that have purchased a particular product appear in that segment.. I don’t know why.

If opt in on check out is not checked, shouldn’t all customers be part of their respective segment depending on what they bought?

    Hi @neoseo1300

The order must be completed and the subscriber must have confirmed their subscription in order to show up in that segment.
