User list count is inconsistent

  • Hi everyone,

    I’m encountering a weird issue with the user count. This screenshot shows the issues:

    “All” lists a total of 27,775 users, while if you look at the navigation, it says there are 127,361 items. Which one is is correct and how can it be fixed? Are there “ghost” users?

    Are you using a Membership plugin ?
    Are there 100 000 accounts waiting to be ‘activated’ or ‘labeled as spam’ ??
