User Lockout page

  • A user might come and type a bunch of incorrect passwords on their account, forgetting their password.

    I’m wondering if it’s possible to change the “User Lockout Message” under the Global Settings, to become a helpful page, with the website header/navigation/footer and message/buttons (for contacting support or resetting the password).

    It suggests HTML code is allowed, but restricted as to what’s allowed?

    Also, it comes up with a white page, but in this case could it still be the website theme?
