User login and content availability

  • Hi, does anyone know if its possible to create a user sign up in a wordpress site which when they log in (front end) allows them access to certain content but another user could be entitled to view different content?

  • I don’t know if you can do that by default!
    There are plugins such as Role Scoper which offer a flexible way of giving users’ roles, but what you want is that different roles are asigned on registration? I guess that means different registration pages. Perhaps there’s a plugin for that too.
