User login Page Edit

Hello,

I am trying to add something above Login text. When i am trying to add test . it is always coming below username and password. I have tried to using HTML sections and using columns but still nothing is workings.

The only thing which it plays against is “Remember me Forgot password Don’t have an Account?” section.
