I see you’re looking for help with creating a user account page. To clarify, the user account page already exists within the system. If you’re looking to customize its template, please note that you cannot directly change the content generated by MasterStudy using Elementor. However, you can add custom blocks outside, before, or after the MasterStudy content. Additionally, you can adjust colors and styles using MasterStudy settings.

Regarding customizing the form for creating user accounts or login, you can use the Form Editor addon, which is included in the Pro Plus plugin. You can find more information about this addon here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-pro-addons/lms-form-editor

This addon allows you to configure built-in forms such as the Profile form (Registration), Become Instructor request form, and Enterprise form by adding additional fields to the form.

It’s not recommended to create forms using third-party plugins, as they may not work correctly with the default authorization system of MasterStudy LMS. This could lead to issues with enrolling in courses and other unexpected problems. The Form Editor addon is the most recommended option for configuring and editing forms.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing. Could you please double-check if you’ve selected the correct page under MS LMS > Settings > LMS pages > User account? You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/QC-2g51mtYl1

Also, it might help to try resaving the permalinks under “Settings” > “Permalinks” and ensure that you’ve chosen the “Post Name” permalink style.
