    Hi,
I have problem with the manual approval of users, because on the rol setting i have they require the admin review also, on the users grid the has not the “approved” tag, meanwhile the have access to all the restricted pages…
And the email that the admin recive is the new user and not the an account needs review.

    Wordpress 5.5.1
    UM 2.1.9
    LearnDash
    WPML
    An others less important.
I try to test it with all the plugins deactivated and with twenty twenty theme… and the issue stille there.

    Any idea?

If it helps… i got some problems also hidding the admin bar (solved with other plugin), and the first rol created doesnt work, i create a new one, and ok.
Also the redirection after login, i set an url and it goes to the user profile…

I used UM a few times, and never had this kind of issues…

    Thanks.

    Hi @tecnoderecho

Since 2.0 Registration Default Role added to the Settings. (Ultimate Member > Settings >Appearance > Registration Form)

The Registration Default Role role value is default. Since you can’t set Registration options for default. It accepts all the registrations without any review.

So Change the default role to Member (Ultimate Member > Settings >Appearance > Registration Form) and save the changes.

    Thanks
