    Hi,

    When a user has a certain paid level, but do not pay anymore (reject payment), he still access to the premium features and doesn’t being downgraded?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m really sorry to hear about this issue you are facing here.

    I need a bit more information to assist you here. What payment gateway are you using?

    When you say the payment gets rejected, is it a failed automatic payment due to insufficient funds/expired credit card? Or are user’s cancelling their subscription?

    Hi!
    I’m using Stripe, and I’m talking about the failed automatic payement due to external reasons, like for instance insufficient funds, expired card, etc… When the user doesn’t pay anymore, he still have an access to private content. That’s the issue.

    This sounds like your webhook may not be setup correctly, could you please ensure your webhook is setup by following this guide – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/#tab-gateway-setup
