User name left in Chat room

I have Disable Anonymous Users checked, and all but pending allowed.
I have a user that does not appear to be logged into the site, but the user name still appears in the chat room user list, we would like to know h or which setting to adjust to not have this happen

useing https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/visitor-maps/ to see who is online.
