User Name lost

your login and password are stored inside the MySQL databse, just like everything else.

To change your password, read and follow this:

Your profile shows all your previous posts — that way you can find an older one, and not repost the same thing again (an irritating and discouraged habit to pick up).

How would I find and open the MySQL database to see what the user name is?
Also I do not need to change the password.

did you read the link I provided? I dont think so since that’s answered there.

I had looked at it but just thought it was about changing passwords
So I followed the directions most closely and found the user name.
But it still doesn’t work. Change the password and it still doesnt work, just getting the same error message

I created another WordPress page and that one works.
