User names in Cyrillic alphabet?

Please help users have usernames of native alphabet.

I wrote there, they told me to write in forum WordPress.

Your users can use and display a Nickname in Cyrillic instead of an Username.
For usernames only latin symbols (a-z) and digits are allowed.
