    I have a fairly new user that entered his email address incorrectly. I fixed that on his record, but Mailpoet still has it wrong. I removed him from the wordpress users list hoping to be able to add him back in. I cannot add or update that list. How can I add the user back into the WordPress Users list?

    When updating a WordPress User email address, you need to do it from their profile as a WordPress User and then force update the WordPress Users list in the MailPoet plugin.

    May I ask you how did you remove them from the WordPress Users list? Did you move them to the Trash?

    Yes, I have him in the trash but the email address is incorrect.

    I have also tried to force update but the old email persists.

    Hi there @kwbc2020,

    Can you please restore this user, then edit their email address from their WordPress User profile (make sure to update it everywhere on their profile) and then make a Force Sync?

    Also, is this user also a WooCommerce Customer?
