User not found?

Hi. I have registered this site two or three days ago. I want to edit my profile. But when i click “View your profile” button, it says:
User not found. Back to WordPress ? Support.https://www.ads-software.com/support/profile/726801
What should i do? Do i have to do something to be able to edit my profile? Please help this newbie. ??
