User overview custom report still causing problems

    Hi,

    Although we LOVE slimstat we’re going to have to disable the User Overview plugin ??
    When installed on certain sites it causes the dashboard to hang and time out.

    We’re using slimstat 3.4.2 and User Overview 1.7

    Its def that plugin as if slimstat is activated its fine, but when the additional user overview is activated it crashes and hangs.

    Really disappointing as this was most useful (and we paid for it ?? )
    What is happening on the dashboard to cause it to hang? I don’t need to see any slimstat stuff on the dashboard really.

    Alex,

    We consider you the father of User Overview (Alex… I’m your father!), so you can’t abandon your child without giving it another chance. Two things you should do:

    1. Upgrade to version 1.8.1 (contact us if you don’t see the notice or if you don’t have your receipt/link anymore)

    2. While in the Dashboard, pull down the Screen Options drawer and uncheck User Overview.

    Hi – ironically I don’t get the Screen options User Overview until I activate it, but as the screen doesn’t load I can’t untick it ??

    I don’t have an option to upgrade past 1.7 in the network admin plugins =- where do I get a copy?

    Our troublesome son will be in timeout until he learns to behave and play nice with other children ??

    Haha ?? We can add a switch to the add-on settings to not have the report added to the Dashboard. Contact us and we will send you the well-behaved version ??
