User Page Blank

    I just wanted to ask because I can’t find any solutions that work online.

    I’ve got my account page working and my profile page. I have a form on the backend for the profile with information to be edited, however when I try to edit my profile it takes me to the user page.

    The user page is blank, along with the members and activity page. I assume that the members page and activity page is blank due to there being no members. However, I’d expect myself and the other admin to show up there as admin members.

    Also the activity page I’d expect there to at least be something there.

    The user page is blank. Is there some shortcode to put in? For the accounts page I put in a static shortcode and then it started working, but have found no such shortcode for the user page.

    Do I have to put some shortcode in the members, user, and activity page? If so, what is it?

    UPDATE: I finally figured out what I’d done wrong for the user page. I hadn’t put the same form on that page as on the profile page, it didn’t make sense to.

    Now all I want to know is why the members page isn’t displaying (Is it because I don’t have any members? Do admins show up or not?)

    and the activity page. Why are they both blank

    Hi @rascaltravels,

    Please make sure you’ve set user roles to display in Ultimate member -> Member directories. Also, check that you’ve correctly assigned members page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup.
