User Page Coming Up Blank In Certain Situations

  • I’ve put together a page using Ultimate Member and it is 95% functional but I’ve just encountered a bug: the user page is set up the way it’s meant to be (I guess) – Ultimate Member >> Settings >> General >> Pages >> User Page and then it’s set to a page I’ve created under “Pages”. All good.

    It actually works – MOST of the time.

    But two users have described registering, then coming back later and logging in, then going to the users page and it’s just blank. Under normal circumstances it has around six users listed there. I can see it from my side and the client I built it for saw it in the beginning, and sees it most of the time, but will sometimes, as I say, just get a blank page.

    We’ve gotten this result on Chrome and IE/Edge. It seems to happen only to someone after they log in. They’ll log in, then go to the users page and see nothing. I’d appreciate any help.

    I have registered at your site and have found some issues:

    Members:	/testsite/members/        ->performers on page elementor-676
Password Reset:	/testsite/password-reset/ ->no shortcode

Global Site Access: Site accessible to Everyone ->Change to opposite

    I got a blank Performers page once with the error wrong nonce
    maybe because Members Directory page is not configured right.

    :/ I just took a look at the member directory and didn’t see much that could have been a problem, but I took out some of the custom stuff, simplified the whole thing somewhat. Could you take a look again and let me know what you see? No need to reregister, the client got the same result just logging back in. Thanks for your help.

    Still the same blank Performers Members Directory Page because of Wrong Nonce from the um-members-min.js JavaScript.

    Have you updated UM Settings -> General -> Pages
    that your Members Directory Page is located at elementor-676.

    Can you ask your Web Hosting Support if they have any server caching active for your site. Ask them to turn off server caching for your UM Pages.
