    Hello,

I have installed Ultimate Member Version 2.0.38.

User page shows me error 404.

    I’ve tried the following:

1: I went to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup and made sure that User page is assingned to User tab. On the User page I made sure the form shortcode is correct.

2: I did the conflict test by deactivating all the plugins with exception of Ultimate Member ones and changing the theme to 2015.

In both cases I still receive the same error.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Same problem here. It was all good until yesterday. Now when I click on username gives me 404 error. Maybe we will find a solution.

    Troubleshoot

    1) Try using incognito mode and see if the problem persists – could be caching problem

    2) Check shortcodes are correct

    3) Have you change any or the permalinks

    4) Delete and recreate the page

    Thanks for the reply,

The problem persist while using incognito mode.

The shortcodes are correct and the permalinks are default.

I have tried deleting and recreating the page as well as deleting and recreating the profile form,. The problem still persists.

    Hi @zukix3,

What permalink structure do you have in Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks?
Please make sure to set Permalinks to Postname.

You can also try to delete your User page and then create a new User page and add your profile shortcode there. Don’t forget to assign new page in Ulitmate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages section.

    Regards.
