    Good afternoon!

As a test I have installed your plugin for tickets and reservations, along with the calendar. The web registration option prior to ticket reservation is activated.

I would like to know if there is a way for a registered user to see all their tickets, reservations… on their User Page.

    Thank you!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Actually yes this is a feature, you can read about it on this guide here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/display-a-list-of-attendees-events/

You do need to require that users be logged in however, since it will need some kind of user profile to associate things with.

You can let me know if you have any questions!

Good morning, and thanks for responding so quickly! I did a test with the code [tribe-user-event-confirmations] inserted in the user page. Is it possible that the entry can be downloaded in a similar way to the one that arrives by email?

    Hi there,

When you have that page setup, you should be able to click “View Tickets.” But I do not think there is an outright way to download that. However if you use the PDF tickets extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/ You can download those tickets again, but it has to be from the WordPress Dashboard and you’ll need to be logged in as an admin.

    Thanks again!

I have installed the plugin (I had to do it by ftp, it gave an error when doing it via wordpress/upload plugin).

It does exactly what I need, but gives the following error when clicking on “PDF TICKET”:
There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about WordPress diagnostics.

Refreshing the browser fixes it, but it could be cumbersome for visitors. Is it possible to fix it?

    Thank you!!!

    Hi there,

Hmm, that is quite odd. It sounds like that might be conflicting with some other plugin on your site, or maybe it has to do with your PHP version or some other thing. I would go ahead and test for conflicts: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

Also, if you are trying to get PDFs for tickets you had created before installing that, unfortunately you won’t be able to. You’ll have to re-create those tickets.

If conflict testing does turn up anything, you might be having some other issues. Can you please also send your system info as a txt file to my email. You can reach me at truman @ theeventscalendar.com I would like to see that info if you can.
