User Permission – Not working

    First of all I would like to congratulate you for the incredible plugin.

    I installed the forum today and we are very satisfied with the features, but I saw that there is a possibility to disable the User function to create a New Topic, however even unchecking this option he is still managing to create.

    Could you please help us with this situation?
