  • Hi Mary,

We don’t currently have a way to selectively block/provide access at this level. Instead, access to forms, entries, etc is determined by WordPress user role.

Though I realize this isn’t quite what you’re looking for, you might consider leveraging automatic notification emails to send entry content to specific users. Since email falls outside the scope of WordPress role permissions, this is the easiest way to provide access to entry content to specific individuals.

In case it helps, here’s our tutorial on setting up notification emails. And if you’d like you can also use conditional logic (available in our paid version) to send emails only when specific conditions are met in the form.

I hope this helps! However, please know that www.ads-software.com policies require that we only provide support for our Lite (free) version here, so if you have any other pre-sales questions please get in touch with us through our contact page and we’ll be happy to help! ??

    Thank you for the answer.
But referring to the new data protection regulation in EU, in this case we cannot send any user data via email.

    Regards,
    Mary

    Hi Mary,

In case it helps, we’ve created a guide specifically addressing GDPR compliance. Though we recommend consulting legal counsel to be certain of full compliance for your specific forms/data collection, this will hopefully help if just getting started.
