    Hey there, what user roles have permissions to change the site notice? Just Admins? Or Editors or lower? (My Editors need access)

    Sorry for the late reply, this is only for admins.

    Here is where we set the manage_options requirement, for now you’ll have to manually adjust it.

    I’ll plan on adding in a filter so you may choose custom roles/capabilities for the settings page to help customize this experience.

    I do not have an ETA when this will be released, if you need this urgently please feel free to reach out to a local WordPress developer.
