User permissions question…

  • Here is how I would like user permissions set:

    1. Subscribers can submit replies that…
    2. Require admin approval…
    3. But not new articles.

    and

    4. Contributors can post replies that are auto-approved…
    5. And can post new articles that are auto-approved…
    6. But do not have access to the admin areas of the Dashboard.

    Can this be done?
