User profil error 404

  • Hello,
    I’m working on a community website, and i use Ultimate Member.
    It’s a perfect plugin btw, works perfectly, except on one point.

    Indeed, when i try to reach the user profil page, i got a 404 error. I checked my permalinks, and also looked at google to the same error, so here i’m.

    Someone have fix this issue ?

    That’s all I know about this.

    I’ve just upgraded to “Ultimate Member 2.0.4” and now my user pages cant be found. I receive the following message when I try to access a user page.
    “No Results Found
    The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post”.
    I’ve tried everything mentioned on the above forum with no luck. Very disturbing as I have a busy site with visitors wanting to access these user pages.
    Can anyone help?

    Try deactivating the UM 2.94 plugin and then reactivate it again. That worked for me.

    I figured out my issue. I was setting my site up at mydomain.org/SIT

    For some reason the capital letters were messing with Ultimate Member profiles. When I changed the root folder to “sit” instead of “SIT”? BOOM! Profiles showed back up.

    I probably should’ve known not use capital letters but…
