User Profile Extra Email

I am trying to add a second email to a user profile so they get a duplicate notice of a new Woocommerce order on my site.

I honestly thought this would be a snap and find a plugin that would do this. Basically, we sell to reseller/dealers. There is a central accounts payable person and multiple stores. What I would like is a second email field on every user profile that can be filled in to send out a duplicate notice. Each dealer has multiple store personnel at different locations with a central buyer or AP person.

Now, our sales admin has to go into orders and then create a pdf of an invoice and manually email them. Seems obvious, but I cannot find a solution.

BTW, I tried to add a second email using the comma trick, but it did not work.
