User profile fields are blank

    When viewing a user profile on the front end website (users page), only the profile photo, user title and avatar appear. None of the custom fields below that are visible.

    The profile form shortcode has been added to the user page. Users can edit their profile – all fields are visible when editing. Fields are set to ‘view everywhere’.

    Any help would be gratefully accepted.

    Fixed (found the solution just after posting):

    Go to: Ultimate Member > Settings > Appearance > Profile Menu

    Check the box to turn on the Profile Menu. The About tab contains all the custom field contents.

    Thanks for posting this solution! I’ve had the same problem for a long time but never figured out the solution.
