User profile page don't load

    When I enter in the profile page, this don’t load. In the page there is the shortcut [ultimatemember form_id=78]. But also the page “account” with his shortcut [ultimatemember_account] don’t load. This shortcuts are correct. The pages: “Register” and “Login” are ok. Somebody can help me?

    Hi,

    Can you check the UM Settings > Setup tab and make sure all pages are correctly assigned?

    All the pages are correctly assigned, but they loads very slowly like 1 minutes or 2 for full load.
    Maybe is a server problem?

    I have solved this problem.
    I have uninstalled UM and than I have reinstalled UM.
