User Profile: won’t save edits

I was really excited to find this plugin for my clients site, it has all the functionality we need. I purchased the profile tabs and woo commerce extensions. However now I’m having 2 issues. The main issue is that when I input information into my user profiles, they won’t save. Profiles or the other forms. I have excluded the pages from caching but it hasn’t helped. My second issue is that when the Woo extension is activated, the pages don’t appear in the editor. For now that’s a small issue, but I am worried it will grow. Mostly I just need to be able to edit my user profiles.
