  • Try deactivating the UM 2.94 plugin and then reactivate it again and refresh the profile page. That worked for me.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issue. Can you please contact us via our site:?https://ultimatemember.com/contact/sales/?so we can add this to our helpdesk system and help you with this issue.

    Thanks

I’ve got a similar problem. I can access the Member Directory and see all my users listed and I can search the Member Directory. However, if I try to either view a profile or view/edit my own profile, I get a ‘Sorry, that page cannot be found’ error.

I’ve created a context sensitive menu that offers logged in members options to ‘View Profile’ or ‘Edit Profile’ (referring to their own profile information in both cases). They worked in v1.3.88 but not in v2.0.4. Have the links changed to enable this functionality?

    Hi @aeonflow and @russell-perry,

Can you please try to delete your User page and then recreate it and assign new page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.
Please try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme? Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    Regards.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply,

I’ve deleted, reconstructed and reassigned the “User” page, I cloned the site and deactivated all plugins except the UM plugin. I then loaded the Twenty Fifteen theme and rechecked the problem.
Unfortunately it still exists. All user profiles are not found. exactly as @aeonflow describes. I had a backup from before I updated to 2.0.4 so reloaded it and everything worked on 1.33.88. I would happily use that, however, unfortunately, I’ve had several members join since last backup, and a lot of profile data would be lost.

    Regards

    Russell

A bit of an update on this issue.

I saw that UM v2.0.5 was available so I decided to clone my live v1.3.88 website to a localhost version and re-run the upgrade. So far, it is looking good. Menus work fine, profiles are all available including the account page options.

One small but important issue – when I Edit or View User Profiles, all the text appears as white text on a white background (labels and user data). It’s all there but it can’t be seen.

Thank you for that sir. My problem is still with support. No luck yet. I’ll track down 2.0.5 and give it a go.

I posted this issue as well. It appears to be a permalinks issue If you change permalinks to plain do your profiles show up? Mine do. But when changed back, profiles disappear and I get an Page Cannot be Found error. I had to roll back to 1.3.88.

Thanks aeonflow, I wasn’t able to get 2.0.5, it’s up to 2.0.6 now and it made no change to my problem.
